If you receive a returned message/email, that means the email you sent failed to reach the recipient. The returned message is usually as below:

Reasons for failing is usually shown in the returned message, and mostly are:

1. No such recipient- the recipient's email address is incorrect. Please make sure you enter the correct email address.

2. Your email address is added to recipient's Anti-spam list or black list. Please contact recipient in other way and request for deleting your email address from Anti-spam list or black list; you may also request the recipient to add your email address to a white list to ensure your future email conversation go smoothly

3. The email subject and/or email content triggered recipient's Anti-spam policy.

4. You may have set a wrong TXT record for your email domain, or an existing TXT records from your previous email provider conflicts with current TXT record.

In this case, please delete the existing TXT record(s), then add a new TXT record to your email domain with value of: v=spf1 include:spf.chengmail.cn ~all

5. Your email domain provider's DNS is not accessible from the recipient's email server.

6. Email server IP is blocked by recipient's email server

7. Time out when email reaches recipient's email server, or recipient's email server is not working regularly.
