How to setup email account at Mac system?

1. In Mac Mail, go to the Mail menu and click on 'Preferences'.

2. Click the 'Accounts' icon in the Mail Preferences window, then click + to create a new account.

3. Select 'POP' from the drop down menu.
Enter your email information:

4.  And then,

- Email address, enter your complete email address.
- Incoming server: enter pop.chengmail.cn
- User name: enter your complete email address, e.g.:info@abc.com
- Password: enter your email password, if you ever change the password, please update in here timely.

5. From the 'Outgoing Mail Server' dropdown select 'Add Server'. Enter the 'Outgoing Mail Server' information.

 
    
6. Click 'OK' to finish the settings
