Email sending limit and frequency

To ensure that the email server is running smoothly for all users, our email system will calculate each user's email sending quota and frequency, so as to avoid junk mail and fraud email sending. If your email user is found sending over a certain amount of emails to other servers in a short period of time, you will see a pop-up message as below. And your email account will not be able to send out email in 1 hour or 24 hours. The calculation formula will not be published.

 

In below situation, system will not count your sending frequency:

1. Internal emails with the same email domain.

e.g.: send emails from sales1@urdomain.com to manager@urdomain.com, both are users under email domain - urdomain.com

 

2. Multiple email conversations between you and recipient.

e.g.: sale1@urdomain.com sent to info@otherdomain.com, then info@otherdomain.com replied, and this happened a few times.
