Why is my email sent but falling into recipient Junk Box?

Below are majority reasons that an email fall into Junk Box:

1. There are suspicious key words in the title or content of the email you sent.

In this case, please modify the title or content, and make sure you are not sending promotional or fraudulent emails,

2. You may have set a wrong TXT record for your email domain, or an existing TXT records from your previous email provider conflicts with current TXT record.

In this case, please delete the existing TXT record(s), then add a new TXT record to your email domain with value of: v=spf1 include:spf.chengmail.cn ~all

3. Your email domain provider's DNS is not accessible from the recipient's email server.

This situation is mostly seen in international email sending; servers from both regions fail to connect due to network problem. In this case, please inquire your domain provider.

4. Your email address is added to recipient's spam list or complained by Anti Spam Organization.

In this case, you may contact the recipient and request for deleting your email address from their spam list or black list, then at the same time, add your email address to their white list.

5. Email server IP's poor reputation

If you are sure that none of above situation applies, please kindly contact us in time so that we can check and resolve the problem accordingly.
