If you are able to send out emails from webmail, but failed to send using Foxmail, it's possible that:

1. Your local network is not connected with our email server network

-please ping smtp.chengmail.cn or download our webcheck tool for checking then send us the report so that we can assist you to solve the problem accordingly

2. You enter the wrong email address or password when configuring Foxmail

-make sure you enter the correct email address and password while configuring. If you ever changed the password, enter the new password

3. The email configuration is not done correctly

- check in Foxmail: Settings > Account > Server, enter the correct POP and SMTP, then in choose 'Same with incoming server' next to 'Smtp authentication' , then click 'Apply'.
