Why I cannot received emails.

1. You did not do the required domain resolution records for your email or you did not do it right. Please follow the following instruction for adding the domain resolution record:

Host   Type         Priority                 TTL                      Value

mail    CNAME   (leave empty)     (leave empty)     mail.chengmail.cn.

   @     MX           20                       (leave empty)     mx1.chengmail.cn.

   @     MX           10                       (leave empty)     mx2.chengmail.cn.

   @     MX           (leave empty)    (leave empty)     v=spf1   include:spf.chengmail.cn ~all

When you finished adding the above, wait for the resolution to take effect in around 24 hours then start using the email system.

2. If you use Outlook / Foxmail / Windows Livemail/ Iphone or Android to send & receive emails, check your junk box or lower/turn off the SPAM filtering accordingly.

3. You have black listed the sender's email address.

Login your webmail, click B&W list (Black & White list):

Remove the sender form the B&W list:

4. Recipients have assigned your email address as 'Throw directly to Trash box once received'–some emails will be filtered into junk box automatically once received.

To avoid this, login webmail, click 'Settings' – 'Filters', choose the relevant settings and cancel it accordingly:

5. Sender’s TXT record is incorrect or sender’s IP is not listed at the TXT record.

Please let the senders contact the email domain & domain providers to confirm whether the TXT record has been correctly set and listed the IP at the TXT record.

6. Sender’s network problem.
