Set up Email users in Email Control Panel

Before you can send and receive emails with Chengmail, you need to complete below steps:

1. Resolve domain's CNAME, MX and TXT records (click for details)

2. Set up email users in Email Control Panel

3. Log into your Email user account to send and receive emails (click for details)

 

To Set up email users,  click 'Manage' next to the  Email domain in User Center, you will be directed to the Public Control Panel of this email product:

 

 

Click 'Manage' next to admin@yourdomain.com, you will be directed to Email Control Panel:

 

 Click 'Domain'  then click’ +  ‘button under 'Mailbox'

 

Fill in the user information then save your information (password must be at least 8 digits, suggest to use combinations of letters, numbers and special signs):

 

Once a user is created, you may edit the user's information as shown below:
