There are two ways to send out documents to recipient: sent as Attachment or sent as Large Attachment

1. Sent as Attachment:

Advantage:

The document is sent together with the email body content, and will reach the recipient at the same time;

The recipient can download the attachment anytime from server since the attachment is saved in the email server unless the user delete it.

Disadvantage:

You may upload maximum 70M per attachment;

It may take a long time to upload or download a large document to and from email server if you upload it as Attachment.

2. Sent as Large Attachment

Advantage:

The document is uploaded to our server first, a download URL is provided in the email body content for your recipient to download;

Sender can send a document which is up to 2GB;

Sender can send a large document in a faster speed and easier way;

Recipient can download the document faster and easier from the URL we provide.

Disadvantage:

The document will not be kept with the email content;

The document uploaded to our server will only be kept for 30 days then deleted automatically, recipient must download the document within 30 days from the email sending date.
